Joseph W. Harper is a retired Metro-Dade County police detective,  a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, and holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice.  Mr. Harper is an expert witness in polygraph science in both Federal and State courts. With specific polygraphs conducted around the world, Mr. Harper is utilized by law enforcement and defense attorneys in the determination of truth and deception. 

Professional associations include the Florida Polygraph Association, the American Polygraph Association, and the American Association of Police Polygraphists.
